Very pleasant stay close to airport - very clean and comfortable. The room was large enough for an overnight stay. Very pleasant staff and breakfast was superb plenty to eat english and cereals and large choice.

This place is a total scam, with customer service being non existent. The only reason I chose to stay here was because the website clearly stated that they included a FREE transfer to the airport when you booked a room. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked whether I would be needing the transfer, to which I answered... More

The only positive of this hotel was the person who was able to transfer us to the airport at 4.40am! We arrived in the dark, departed for the hotel in the dark, which was just as well. Our room was hidden behind another access door. The room was small and cramped, en suite small. Bed linen felt 'damp' - certainly... More

There is no service other than giving you a key and taking your payment when you arrive. Just one guy flitting between reception and ferrying guests to and from the airport. No staff at breakfast, guests helping other guests and the taxi driver going into the kitchen to cook breakfasts and serve them between airport runs. Our room was well... More

Looking at the photos on the hotels website you would think it looks a nice modern medium sized hotel but No! It's actually a pokey run down hovel run by one family consisting of one guy who collects and drops off at airport, serves in reception and the bar when he's available and helps in the kitchen. The hotel boasts... More

Chosen, basically for low price and proximity to airport. It is scruffy, ill kempt and slightly run down. Avoid at all costs. It will not get your journey or holiday off to a good start! It might be possible to argue that because the price is low it represents value for money, but I think it is reasonable to expect... More

We stayed here for 1 night prior to visiting Chessington World of Adventures. On arrival we were given the option of a ground floor or 1st floor room. We chose the 1st floor as we thought it would be quieter. When we got to the room we found it faced on to busy main road and we thought it might... More

We found this hotel on Booking.com while looking for somewhere to stay for one night prior to flying off to Dublin. At £45 inclusive of breakfast we thought, and were correct that it was too good to be true. It turned out that you get what you pay for. The hotel is shabby, in desperate need of redecoration in all... More

Very basic- you get what u pay for came to mind Had a meal on onsite restaurant I was the only customer there and was watched all the time. I felt very uneasy all the time I was there and could not wait to leave. Heating came on during the night and all you could hear was a dripping noise

We stayed here for only one night fortunately. The rooms were filthy we ended up being told to find the room ourselves when we got there it had not been cleaned, so we went back to get another room. Not funny after a long plane journey. We will not be returning.
