Best I can say is that the people are extremely nice, but the pool is closed, the hotel smells bad, and all areas (carpet, beds, walls, baths, etc) in need of repair. Only plus is its proximity to Gatwick airport and the Six Bells Pub (a great English pub) more

We did get a very good basic price, but parking was extra, and the hotel really needs some tlc. Quite dingy rooms, though they were very clean.
