quite straight forward getting their minibus for £5 rtn. About 8 mins away from terminal. Driver was pleasant. Dreary reception area and welcome. Seems to be run mostly by asians. Only an overnight stay in Horely before and after travelling to Egypt. Rooms very comfortable and modern design. Bathrooms really clean. Staff friendly. Transfer bus is frequent. Restaurant is average.

we used this hotel in febuary this year and was very pleased we had a very nice evening meal a comfortable clean room the staff very helpful and friendly we are going again soon and then again in november easy to have long car parking would definately reccomend this hotel x

Have stayed here several times over the last 10 years and the new management have upgraded the hotel considerably. Rooms were comfortable and the restaurant meal was fine. It was good to have the parking and the minibus to Gatwick even though they are now charging separately for the latter. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel does a great job in providing a good value stopover for an early mornin gatwick flight. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable.
