Premier Inn is sooo much better. If your not American you might be ok with this but the Premier Inn is soo much better for your value and budget. It's cleaner, nicer, and friendlier. Also the beds are way more comfy. I would say the bestwestern is a 2 star and the premier in is 3 star hotel. Both about... more

I was ready to put a priceline bid and found many negative comments about another hotel that claimed it was near the airport but was 5 miles away. Rather than get stuck, I searched and found the best price of $120/night (at the best western home sight ) which included breakfast. The hotel is extremely close to the hotel and... more

stayed here overnight after a twilight check-in, thinking we would arrive at gatwick for our flight, not so fraught! and relaxed. Everything was okay until our evening meal in their restaurant. My caesar salad was quite nice, no problem there, or so I thought! My other half had sirloin steak, well he couldn't cut through it, and you could see... more

I stayed here for one night before an early flight the next morning. I found the hotel to be functional and adequate for an overnight stay. The room was clean, the staff fine, and the food was okay; just another budget chain hotel. All that can be said is that it is an airport hotel, nothing more - a ‘non-place’... more

Hubby had been working away and was staying here, he found the staff friendly and helpful. I went down to spend a weekend with him and found the place clean, it has everything you could need for a short stay. Ideal for just somewhere to lay your head. If you don’t want a big meal the bar food is very... more

Having been to many 3 star Best Western properties perhaps I was hoping too much for this to be the same. From the rather uninterested check in staff through to the rather disappointing rooms this was the worst BW chained hotel I have stayed in. So we were on the 15 day parking package and to be fair I have... more

stayed here for one night as i had training in the Crawley area early the next morning. we arrived quite late, after 10pm as we got quite lost! the hotel wasnt signposted at all. the car park was multi storey and was extremly busy. there was probably 2 or 3 spaces free,so we were quite lucky to eventually find one.... more

I stayed here in January and February this year whilst attending a course. I did eat lunch in the restaurant, which was always hot and nicely cooked. The room was always with immaculately white fresh crisp bedlinen and i had excellent nights sleep. Tea and coffee were left in the room and small bottles of shampoo and showergel were handy... more

stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Feb 2008. Location is good and easy to find. Check in was simple and finding my room easy. My room was an ok size but it was freezing. I hate cold rooms, its winter and cold outside, my room should be warm or at least able to be made warm with the... more

I would just like to thank you for your kind comments about my hotel and the team here. We work hard to look after all our guests and as a Conference delegate you will have seen more of the hotel than most. The team have worked hard to provide excellent Conference Standards and I am so pleased to hear that...

Just want to warn others, best western have a price promise that if you find a deal cheaper they will refund the difference and take 10% of your bill. Simply hotels were cheaper . so i booked through best western b and b, explaining cheaper with the above, but guess what they wouldnt honour it because it was classed as... more
