To be perfectly honest, I wasn't expecting much in paying just £45 for the room for the night.....but, I can honestly say that the double room was clean, well presented/smart, had everything that you would need for an overnight (or longer) stay and the bathroom was superb in that it seemed to be new, was pristine and everything worked well.... We stayed at the Airport Inn in May for one night due to needing to be at the airport fairly early for a flight. The national express bus pulled up and the local bus that services the hotels in the area pulled up behind it so it was very easy to get to. The Airport Inn was the first stop... More

On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and parking is secure at £7.00 for my evening stay. I didn't have dinner in the hotel as i was eating out however, on my return at 10.30 i went to the bar for a pint of larger which i was charged £8.20!!! extremely expensive and i felt i had been ripped off... extremely poor stay at Gatwick airport Inn. i arrived and was checked in perfectly well and when i entered my room both windows were open and the light on. This lead to mosquito and daddy long legs filling the room. After closing the windows i tried to operate the aircon which was dead, i rang reception and they attended promptly... More

Myself and my partner stayed here for a weekend while we went to a festival (there was none available in Brighton at the time). We would return in the early hours of the morning easily enough through the use of the Airport shuttle which was every 20 minutes. As it was as cheap, we didn't expect much of the hotel... More

Working in customer service the first point of contact is the most important. I waited behind one other customer who was checking in, they left and I was stood there for 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged. No hello or anything whilst the receptionist was flicking through his mobile phone. Once given our room key - that was it.... More

Booked this hotel as an overnight accommodation prior to an early morning flight from Gatwick, which I booked through Hotel.com Upon arrival I was directed to a small multi-storey car park on the hotel site which was very poor. dark and dinghy with very small spaces, hardly big enough for the average family car . My wife had to get... More

Resturant was ok and so was the English buffet breatkfast. Good coffee!! +++ Order brekfast when booking, a little like Ryan air, Cheap by standard... More

The hotel is basic but good value for the area. The air con was very good and the rooms clean and tidy--although a little on the small side. the restaurant and bar were nicely presented but the breakfast was £10.00 if booked at reception at time of check-in, and £11.95 on the morning if not booked so beware. The best... More
