We stayed here on a special offer Sunday DBB package for our wedding anniversary which was really good value and we had an excellent experience. The house and gardens although not extensive, really do give a special occasion feel and the layout of the main rooms makes it feel very intimate. The staff were available but not intrusive.. We stayed... More

Langshott Manor is a gem of an Elizabethan Hotel, part of the Alexander Hotel Group of three hotels, near to London and even nearer to Gatwick Airport. Our stay was arranged by Secret Escapes for a two night break with breakfast and dinner at a fair price. But first we had to find it! Our modest Sat.Nav. nearly had a... More

Langshott Manor is a centuries old hotel set in some lovely gardens, where you can enjoy an afternoon drink on their patio, which we did! The building is quite interesting, having several small sitting rooms to read or relax in. Our room was on the 2nd floor in the updated stables and was comfortably furnished; bathroom was well equipped with... More

Some friends of ours very kindly gave us a gift voucher for an afternoon tea at Langshott Manor which we were very much looking forward to using. But just before using it we decided to take some relatives from abroad this afternoon , 22 August, to have some drinks either in their garden or inside their hotel, we wanted to... More

-Lovely hotel in quaint old building set in pretty gardens, though would've been even prettier earlier in the summer. -Spacious bedroom overlooking rose garden. Bed moderately comfortable. Surprisingly quiet despite hum of planes taking off from nearby Gatwick. -Bathroom compact but thoughtfully laid out. Bath could do with some attention as looked a bit worn, & surrounding little tiles had... More

Didn't actually stay myself but booked it for my mum and dads 60th Wedding Anniversary. They had a brilliant time. Said it was amazing, staff, room, food and gardens all lovely. Couldn't fault it. No noise from airport, which I was worried about. Would highly recommend. Lovely evening service touch, turning bed down etc and note explaining what happens the... More

A wonderful looking hotel but sadly we were accommodated in the refurbished stables. Our room Epsom, was comfortable but a little narrow. The bathroom was of a decent size and I hope by now they have been able to remove the marks and stains from the bottom of the bath. Biggest problem was that the stables are beside the approach... Went here on 25th July for Afternoon Tea for my friends Hen Do, small group of 5 of us. I have been here before last year and had a completely different experience (a positive one) Initially it took us around 25 minutes to confirm which afternoon tea we wanted as they offer champagne, G&T or just tea, and then it... Having bought a voucher for my mum for Mothers Day, we decided to book for mid August hoping for good weather, well it wasn't to be as it poured with rain all day. The venue was easy to find and was beautiful, it would look stunning in sunny weather. The tea and champagne was good, the selection of sandwiches, scones... More
