Absolutely Amazing night away at Langshott Manor, very good service and the best 7 course meal I have ever eaten, coupled with amazing wines! I treated my wife to a night away for our recent anniversary and we are both very very pleased with everything Langshott had to offer. I stayed in Goodwood room, in the old stables and it... More

Stayed for two nights for a wedding last week. Had dinner the night before. Cracking wedding and the venue was lovely. The disappointing part was that the room could have done with hoover, the carpet was a little unclean and the toilet and sink cracked. Maybe a little critical but the expectation was high and the venue is promoted as... More

We booked an overnight package with a tasting dinner experience. What a lovely evening. We had a premier room which was in a building away from the main house. Big room, gorgeous bed and a fabulous bathroom with a big shower and roll top bath. All very clean. The only downside was that the previous guest had set the alarm... More

We came here on 30 August for afternoon tea. I had a voucher that had been brought from buy a gift so I had pre booked our tea 2 weeks prior. We are both vegetarian and this was catered for. The receptionist was very helpful as the tea is usually on the first floor but as my husband has walking... More

Don't get me wrong this is a beautiful old hotel and manor however, I feel it preys on the tourists who fly in/out of Gatwick and Wedding packages who will pay anything due to the "W" nature of their request. We had the Henry VIII "suite" which has the highest price bracket in the hotel. The room was lovely however,... More

Stayed here for a single night on a stay/tasting menu deal and had a lovely time. Staff were very welcoming and room was nice. Food in the evening was well cooked and very good quality. Only complaint was the awful music in the restaurant (real elevator stuff). Breakfast next day was varied with good choice of cooked breakfast, haddock &... More

We've just returned form a one night break here which we really enjoyed. We booked through Secret Escapes and had a great deal for dinner, bed & breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, meeting us at our car and showing us around whilst walking to our room. We stayed in the Anne of Cleeves room which was a... More

A beautiful hotel, but reception was not immediately obvious upon entering. We had a friendly welcome and were shown upstairs to the tea room for Afternoon Tea. The sandwiches were made of lovely fresh bread, but basic, consisting of the usual ham and mustard, egg mayo, salmon and supposedly horseradish and cream cheese and cucumber (which was the best) -... We have stayed here three times now. Delightful manor house. Love the leaded windows and beautiful gardens. Rooms luxurious in main house and coach house. Tasting menus did not disappoint and the afternoon tea was a meal in itself. Log fires in main rooms and a real treat.

Staff - Extremely attentive and professional team. Most courteous and helpful. Room - One night in the Wakehurst room situated away form the main house. Extremely comfortable bed. Public rooms- No bar, but comfy lounges to sit and relax. Afternoon Tea - Champagne tea was delicious, the scones were very fresh, sandwiches delightful. 5 Course Taster Menu- Food was simply...
