Have stayed twice at the Langshott Manor now and have been impressed on both occassions. The staff are always welcoming, polite and friendly as you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. We always book through small luxury hotels and therefore get a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast which adds to the excellant value for money that this hotel... More

This Hotel is situated in what was probably a very nice part of Horley, unfortunately it has been over developed, the property itself is in quite a good state of repair, the rooms were very well appointed and pleasant, the restaurant is again well appointed and has a nice relaxed atmosphere, the food is of French cuisine and the portions... My sister and I visited this quaint hotel for afternoon tea as a New Year treat today. We shared a room with several other couples and the warmth of the open fire provided a cosy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were shown the Menu with a wide selection of different teas and coffees. The tea arrived promptly... More

We had a lovely afternoon tea here. Gazer, the waiter went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We were seated in front of the fireplace. Lovely area but the seating was a bit too low for our taste. Great choice in sandwiches and cakes. Homemade scones were formidable. As a special treat for my Mum's birthday they... More

The old style of the hotel is great and welcoming - I had a room above the main entrance that was very comfortable, if a little dark (I had to turn on all the lights) with the bathroom then up another winding staircase - the bathroom itself was modern, but I had to crouch when in the shower and it... The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, as was the en suite which had a bath and a shower and was immaculately clean, the bed was comfy and despite being on the ground floor was quiet. The breakfast was excellent and served to the table not buffet which is good if you want a more relaxing start to... More

I took my husband here for a birthday treat. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service was exemplary. We were in a dinner B&B deal in luxury room - it certainly was a luxury room. Yes the drinks were expensive, but once in awhile it's nice to say what the heck! The food at dinner... More

My husband arranged stay here for my birthday in December. He paid extra for a better room but on arrival found they had only supplied towels, bath robe for one. This was put right after a word at reception. Pre dinner drinks were not only very expensive (nearly £10 for a Campari and soda),we were also rather rushed into the... More

Wonderful hotel, fabulous ,friendly and attentive staff. Quirky little features in the rooms. We love it here. We return home relaxed and refreshed. We love the rooms on the little lake the Jane Seymore and Henry V111 but have also stayed in the stable block and in the main house. The night porter is chartering and helpful and we look... More

We're slightly apprehensive saying how good our evening was in case we want to go next year and find it full! From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful. The staff were attentive without being over bearing, the building and rooms are cosy and yet modern. We were greeted with the freshest scones we've ever seen at the Afternoon... More
