Perfect, excellent value for bed and breakfast and parking for gatwick. Rooms are small but beautifully clean with a friendly landlady who gave us bags to help ourselves to breakfast as leaving at 5.15 am. Would definitely use again

Perfect no-frills B&B. Friendly, clean, safe, uptogether and good value, including a small number of rooms with separate bathroom which are very cheap. Discovering it has made overnighting for a plane so much simpler and cheaper. NOT on the flightpath, very quiet, I was surprised how close to the airport it is. Taxi to the airport is £5 (March 2015)... More

I am delighted you enjoyed your stay and took the trouble to convey your experience.Fortunately it is peaceful here, not near the flightpath and set far back from a road which is not a hectic one.I look forward to welcoming you again in the future.Chrissy X More

If all you want is a good room, in a good location, excellent cleanliness and a pleasant welcome then you have arrived. Make this your only choice. A simple eat all you can breakfast which makes a pleasant change from the usual cooked breakfast. Then look further. Biscuits, water, views, parking, lift to airport? Hard to improve on really and... The Three Acres B&B is a lovely place. The rooms are large and comfortable and facilities are good. There is a self service continental breakfast which sorts you out for the day. Christine is a welcoming host who also provides holiday car parking. I have stayed at many hotels and B&B's in the Gatwick area but now always come back... More

We were greeted by the friendly owner and shown around. This place is supremely convenient for Gatwick and it was clean. I understand that parking for Gatwick is cheap here too. Breakfast is self service. Not much there though. The fruit bowl had some green bananas and one apple. Marmalade and jams were in unlabelled, unsealed jars. Property maintenance is... More
