“Bathroom smell made the room a nightmare”

“Horrible, dirty and very loud rooms”

“Bearable for one night”

Chose this for price and proximity to Heathrow. Thankfully there are other options now (e,g: e-Tap hotels). Night manager very offhand, almost rude when I had to ask for extra towell as only one was in the double room. Room size was ok but bathroom was miniscule and everything (toilet, basin, floor, mirror) got flooded when you had a shower.... More

“A Proper Dump”

Small rooms not very clean.Shower and toilet tiny straigh out of a caravan .Breakfast at £6-95 consisted of tea, coffee small box of cereal toast and jam and a bit of fruit. Shuttle service very limited .Best thing about this place it may be demolished for 3rd runway.

“Close to Heathrow”

Pre flight accomodation.. very basic but adequate, if not very hot..(couldnt turn radiator down). Very reasonable car parking for duration of holiday away.
