Whole place stank of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The bathroom was tiny, the hotel very noisy. We were near the desk and had the phone ringing all the time. Cost 20quid in a taxi to get from heathrow to the hotel so not particularly close. Only good thing was the shuttle.
