Evening receptionist friendly but obviously ( read further) inefficient. Morning recetionist rude and indifferent. Booked hotel because of proximity to airport and free shuttle as had to be at airport by 6.30am. Enquired about the shuttle when I arrived and told to be at front desk by 5.55am for 6.00 shuttle. Morning receptionist said I had not been booked onto... More

Three of us stayed for the first night in a three bed room. It was big and excellent. The second night two of us stayed in a double room. It was very small but the worst part was the toilet/bathroom was soo small you could hardly fit into it. Very very disappointed in it. Quite noisy with planes continually taking... More

What a messed up place - I guess I have to use clean language. I arrived to find that my room that was booked was not ready for me. Good that I understand Hindi because then I understood the story at the back. Oh dear Lord, what a horrible place. Unprofessional. Almost looks like a refugee shelter. I guess a... More

Myself and a friend stayed here the night before travelling to New York the following morning. Upon arrival the area seemed quite run down and (I'm not racist in any such form i have friends of all nationalities) it was full of Asian and black residents surrounding the 'hotel', I wouldn't even call it a hotel. We checked in and... More

This was actually my third stay at this hotel, but definitely my last. It is very convenient for Terminal 5 (I use the free bus, not the hotel's shuttlebus as that service is very erratic) and there are two good pubs nearby. It's also very cheap, so I don't expect frills or quality service, just a place to rest my... More

I didn't read the reviews of this hotel before I arrived and booked through a booking website. I agree one hundred percent with all the negative comments made and I found the room dirty , the shower was a plastic cubicle that creaked and shook every time I got in there after I had managed to work out the hot... This is definitely no frills. The room was tiny with a plastic capsule for the toilet handbasin and shower. There was one flat pillow each. However, it was cheap and nearby are two nice pubs with reasonable food. (No food at hotel). We didn't use them for breakfast. It is reassuringly close to Terminal 5 but this means you can... More

Booked a family room to stay in after a long journey from Thailand. The room was a disgrace and the bathroom was dirt. None of the family felt they could take their clothes off to sleep in or on the beds. If we didn't have the kids we would have walked out and stayed the night in the airport. Would... More

The pick up service form Heathrow to the hotel is not helpful. The location of the pick up point is difficult to find - it is on the 4th floor of the carpark. We needed to call the hotel when we arrive to ask them to send a driver out. We waited for 40 minutes and the driver came in... More

Don't be fooled by the prices! If you do, you get what you pay for; dirty rooms, small bathrooms, no air-conditioning, noisy location (although it's a given), and bad customer/room service. My family and I spent a night here before flying off home early the next day and thought we would book an early shuttle ride to Terminal 4. So... More

Dear guest I was most concerned to read your review on Trip Advisor. First and foremost, please accept my sincere apologies for all the shortfalls you experienced in our service, I can assure you this is not our usual standard and I am sorry that your expectations have not been met. You have raised the issue of shuttle service and... More
