This hotel is very convenient for the airport, bus stop outside, pud with good menu directly opposite, could'nt have been better for us. On the negative side, the shower wasn't up to much, very small and tacky, the pillows were lifeless and was as flat as pancakes, we asked for them to be changed, they did, unfortunately they were as... Being used by asylum seekers - felt unsafe - avoid like the plague. Not the hotel for a good nights sleep prior to flying. Planes going over all night, but then that is the same anywhere in the area. Next time, I am going to book with one of the chain hotels and not risk the stress.

Yes it was cheap....so did not have high expectations and was only going to be there 8 hours...but the easy hotel I had stayed in before was booked...and I see why!, I got there at 11.30 there were a number of unsavory characters hanging around...some distraught patrons waiting to be checked in and a distracted man trying to help in... If you are trying to take the stress out of an early flight, then this is not the place for you. If you like arguing with staff when they turn up outside your room after you have clearly gone to get some sleep prior to said flight, and being told that the free shuttle bus is actually not available, then... When I booked this hotel, I done it for convenience so me and my partner were close to the airport. I walked in, it absolutely stunk, the floor was disgusting- covered in piss stains.. when checking in the guy on reception didn't have a clue what we were talking about- It was like we were talking a different language (and... Evening receptionist friendly but obviously ( read further) inefficient. Morning recetionist rude and indifferent. Booked hotel because of proximity to airport and free shuttle as had to be at airport by 6.30am. Enquired about the shuttle when I arrived and told to be at front desk by 5.55am for 6.00 shuttle. Morning receptionist said I had not been booked onto... More

Three of us stayed for the first night in a three bed room. It was big and excellent. The second night two of us stayed in a double room. It was very small but the worst part was the toilet/bathroom was soo small you could hardly fit into it. Very very disappointed in it. Quite noisy with planes continually taking... More

What a messed up place - I guess I have to use clean language. I arrived to find that my room that was booked was not ready for me. Good that I understand Hindi because then I understood the story at the back. Oh dear Lord, what a horrible place. Unprofessional. Almost looks like a refugee shelter. I guess a... More

Myself and a friend stayed here the night before travelling to New York the following morning. Upon arrival the area seemed quite run down and (I'm not racist in any such form i have friends of all nationalities) it was full of Asian and black residents surrounding the 'hotel', I wouldn't even call it a hotel. We checked in and... More

This was actually my third stay at this hotel, but definitely my last. It is very convenient for Terminal 5 (I use the free bus, not the hotel's shuttlebus as that service is very erratic) and there are two good pubs nearby. It's also very cheap, so I don't expect frills or quality service, just a place to rest my... More
