Worst place I've ever stayed in, stayed there because I was flying out early the next day and it is advertised as free shuttle service, I called them and they didn't pick us up from the airport when we arrived because they 'didn't know where the driver was' and they wouldn't take us to the airport the next day because... Stayed here for one night before flying out to Croatia. The room I was given was in a house across the road. Was a converted utility room, no toilet, shower just a sink. Bed was awful and paper thin walls made for a poor nights sleep. Would not recommend despite the cheap price. I have travelled in India and Asia... More

I booked this hotel for my sister, just one night to transit to Mexico; I did so because it clearly states on their website COURTESY SHUTTLE BUS 7 DAYS A WEEK and I booked it through Booking.com which also says courtesy bus runs from 0600 to 10.30 and 1800 to 22.30 every 45 mins from terminals 1, 4 5. There... More

I booked to stay here for one night in transit from Australia, there was no shuttle bus at all and i was given a room in one of the other houses. There was a smashed window, mould climbing the walls, the carpet had stains all over it and the bed sheets were not clean. The worst part was the smell...I... More

Absolutely horrified when I arrived. Obviously was not expecting luxury for the price we paid for 3 nights but this took the biscuit. It's not a hotel it's a motel and some houses. In the middle of a housing estate. Member of staff tried to convince me I booked a double when I booked a twin and after a half... More

Stayed here for a week, wish we didn't waste our money, we had the shared bathroom, complained to staff about the cleaning, the first three days not one of the staff cleaned it, there was water everywhere, and a poo stained toilet, they only gave my boyfriend and I one towel, we requested another but didn't get one until about... We stayed here for one night as we were flying early the next day. We thought we'd try 'budget' accommodation. We shouldn't have bothered. Our main bug bear was the attitude of the staff. I have travelled a lot and stayed in a huge range of places and never in my life have I met such rude and lazy people... More

Stayed overnight upon returning from Czech Republic as I was flying out of Heathrow the following morning, The hotel is conveniently located relative to the airport and provides a free shuttle leaving at various times throughout the day. The rooms are quite small and there is a fair amount of noise. Further, there was an odd smell emanating from the... More

Stayed here for one night, the lady behind the desk was very helpful and very polite, my partner and I went very cheap (£35) I thought it was abit strange though that the hotel owns 6 houses down the road (about 100 yards) which are basically dorm rooms, we got a twin room with no tv and no tea making...
