Very warm bedroom. Just stay one night if you need to take flights in Heathrow Airport. Do not expect a good hotel or breakfast. The good thing is they have a shuttle bus free to the airport untill 10.30. It is better to have a breakfast in the airport as the only pub near to the hotel open just after... More

This so called Hotel is a disgrace to British tourism. My room had considerable mould, no coat hangers, no bed side light, cracked basin, 3 pieces of loo paper only, no plug and a door which was very difficult to open. It may be convenient for terminal 5 but just not worth considering.

Raving read the previous reviews, and being an avid traveller myself, I booked a couple of with some trepidation....I have to say that while I understand that it's possible to have a bad experience on one particular day....I think some of the terrible reviews are TOTALLY unjustified! Yes....it's very basic, but I have most certainly paid a lot more for... More

Stayed here in July for 5 nights ( work ) first night was ushered across the road to a dismal house and a bedroom no bigger than a prison cell (I imagine) I would not take my socks off in the room and when went to use communal bathroom it only got worse. Luckily a colleague of mine had a... More

Thought we had been processed by immigration by the amount of people waiting at front waiting to be processed. The room was clean but very dated. Still waiting to be acknowledged when we came in. Service was what u paid for when he eventually acknowledged us. Only there for 5.5 hours but what can u do at that budget price.... More

his place basically has two pros: 1. It is cheap (probably the cheapest one this close to the airport). 2. It has a free shuttle service to the airport. Both of these are why I chose this place. I will inform you of the cons in narrative form: 1. Upon arriving, I paid at the front desk but did not... More

We booked to stay here as we were working extra hours at work and wanted to be closer. We were given a twin room with no bathroom though we had paid for an en suite. There was a shared bathroom down the hall with just the hose for the shower- no shower head or stand. We asked to move room... More

This is a basic motel but in view of the low cost is very useful. I stay repeatedly because the rooms (ensuite) are cheap and always the same. The beds are fine. On my last stay new pillows helped greatly and if you get a double room using both pillows gives enough pillow to sleep. The staff contact is minimal... More

Forget about any confort, you come here to sleep near Heathrow at little price. 15min walk from the airport. We pay 60$ for one night, which is almost expensive for what you get. very small room, old and unrenovated. Bathroom like in a motorhome : I couldn't stand in (i'm 1.85m). Very noisy (people on the street, in the corridors,... More

Spend more for a decent place, or sleep on the floor at Heathrow. Don't stay here. I stayed one night because I had a 20 hour layover and needed a place to sleep. I reserved one of their economy rooms which are tiny rooms in buildings separate from the main hotel. I had low expectations, I knew I was paying... More
