really lovely hotel, The staff is really nice and always try to speak in your language. The room was very clean. Although the swimming pool, sauna and steam room might be a little bit small for the main season, we enjoyed our time. The gym is also clean although it might be a little bit small as well. more

It is a decent hotel. But I am now at the Radisson Edwardian at Heathrow, I can see that the Crowne Plaza is far more expensive for being lower star. Carpets throughout smell as though they have never been cleaned. The lifts have a horrible mouldy smell.
