E. Kellogg Bed and Breakfast claims they provide classic comfort and genuine hospitality. Every aspect of this Bed and Breakfast supports these assertions. My husband and I stayed for one night at the end of July 2013. We were in PA for a wedding and realized that there are not a lot of hotel options near Honesdale. My friend (the... More

We just finished staying for two nights in August for a family affair, just like we had for three nights in July. Our July stay was our first and we wanted to stay again for obvious reasons. We have stayed annually in the area at another B&B, but this will now be our place to stay when we visit. Our... More

My wife and I stayed at the E. Kellogg B & B during a short stay in the Honesdale, PA area. We were in the Ladd room. The room was quite clean and nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. Kathy is an amazing person and her warm and inviting manner made us wish we were able to stay longer.... More

E. Kellogg Bed & Breakfast is simply the best B&B to go for a family reunion. Kathy is a remarkable innkeeper and chef and treated our family like her own. My family actually reserved all the rooms and everyone was very pleased, especially myself with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Kathy will always be remembered for... More

I planned a trip for my mom's birthday and we both loved everything about our stay. From the time we arrived till we left everything was perfect. Kathy is such a sweet person, incredibly helpful and welcoming. She let us know what was going on in the area. She never let us leave the house without directions to our destination.... More

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! Kathy is an icredible cook; her baked pears are fantastic! Very comfortable clean rooms. A great place to get away. Highly recommended. The house is close to town, which is very quiet and peaceful. Kathy recommended a couple of good restaurants for dinner.

My husband and I were looking to escape to the country with our 2 young children. The E. Kellogg B & B was a lovely choice! It's conveniently located to downtown Honesdale and the surrounding countryside. Kathy accommodated our picky eaters and even provided a Pack N Play for the littler one to use at night. The kids enjoyed tickling... More

Three of us decided to get away for a Saturday night. We had a three hour ride to get there, but it was worth it. Kathy made us feel as if we have known her forever. She recommended a restaurant which is located in an art gallery, where the art displayed along with a great meal made our evening. Her... More

A few weeks ago my girlfriend and I stayed the night in this historic, lovingly restored, and exquisitely decorated B&B. I don't know how she did it, but its owner, Kathy Schloesser, managed to bring every possible modern convenience and luxury into this early 1800's home and carriage house. Our room couldn't have been more inviting, and its huge bed... More
