Granted my stay was 2 years ago, but I doubt its changed. Room was actually booked for us by a family member as we were there for a wedding. Room was a good size and bed comfortable. This was about the only good thing. Reception staff fine, but not overly friendly. Room smelt of stale smoke. Also on a very... more

Stayed here for one night for the recent Iron Maiden Concert at Near by Twickinham Stadium. Room was basic, had one double bed and a Single bed, The Double bed had another bed below it. The room had Coffee/tea making items, The TV looked new and had Freeview which was handy, The A/C unit worked a treat, The bathroom was... more

Find it hard to fault this hotel as a family place for an overnight stay in London. It is fair to say that Hounslow isn't pretty but hey most cities on the outskirts aren't. Not the place to stay in my opinion if you are looking to base a holiday in London there as it's greyness may get to you.... more

The hotel was ok, pretty standard with no luxuries as you'd expect - so on it's own I'd have rated this hotel as average. Didn't like the area it was in though :-( Was a busy area and somehow I didn't feel particularly safe as a lone traveller to this hotel. The Grapes didn't feel very welcoming, and I felt... more

Stayed here for one night, as a nearby hotel to Twickenham for the rugby, very good staff, and parking free, rooms clean but basic, the next door pub, The Grapes, friendly, with an average restaurant, food good, staff very good, prices typical for London, all in all I've stayed here before and I would again, it's above what you expect... more

Friendly check in and other staff who were accommodating and helpful with an early arrival and local directions. Use of key tags for the lifts, car park and rooms adds to the feeling of security which is often lacking in large hotels. Moderate overnight car parking at Stg 7.00 which by local standards is good. Very close to car rental... more

A busy hotel, check in queue was long, and we had to queue twice because of filling in the purple parking form, but by the second time we had been to the bar and it did not seem too bad. Restaurant is very limited, but the bar did snacks like pizza etc. Rooms are quite large and very quiet with... more

Travel Inn at Hayes. The room itself was comfortable and the bathroom good in that it was clean and not too poky. It's typical of a Travel Inn in that it's consistent: you get the same sort of standards whichever one you go to and they're generally welcoming ones. The problem here was that they had fire doors on each... more

I usually use the Ibis for a budget stay at Heathrow but now I'll switch to here. It's close to the airport and on the HotelHoppa bus route. It is very close to the runway but the sound-proofing is excellent and the rooms are quiet. The standard of furnishing is good for a cheap hotel. It's the sort of place... more
