Was transiting through London on my way back from USA and took a nights halt in London. Nice hotel but felt it was very expensive. As a frequent business traveller I need access to the internet but most Marriott's in Europe charge a fee while in the U.S. that do not. I would prefer free internet instead of a free breakfast. We stayed one night at the Skyline before an early morning flight from Heathrow. We arrived into Heathrow that evening, and had to get the bus to the hotel. It cost £4 each (single) and took forever, between waiting on the bus and then actually driving around the airport perimeter to the hotel. The alternative was a £12-15 taxi ride.... more

I stayed overnight on a Sunday night for a flight in the morning. Check-in was quick. Room on Club Floor with Queen bed was fabulous for 90 pounds. I was on the airport side of the hotel but the airplane takeoff sounds were very muffled. The bed was ultra comfortable and the perfect end to a long day of travelling.... more
