Further away from Heathrow terminals than the other airport hotels. Neighborhood completely devoid of services, shops. Outrageous charges for internet and food. No room upgrades allowed for SPG gold and up. Staff indifferent....not rude.....just indifferent. This would be a $75 a nite hotel anyplace else. more

This hotel really got all you need for a good stay, including a fitness center. Nice, clean and quiet room. I chose this hotel because I wanted to try out the Sheraton sweetsleep bed, and I was not disappointed. They are soft, but not too soft. The most comfortable bed I have slept in at a hotel. more

The hotel is perfect, service is very good. Bathroom was huge, all amenities available. The only thing is that the hotel is 50 minutes away from city center using train and bus, but you just save on the price of the room. Next time in London, I'll stay there again. more
