I've stayed in this hotel many times due to the convenient location to Heathrow (and as I am a Marriott Rewards member), but this time, I noted some changes. Allies was the only restaurant available. The menu has changed and been downsized. Fewer selections. Service was slow, even though there were very few diners. Perhaps on a Saturday night the... more

We stayed here as part of an organised trip to see a Westend show. The room was of a very high standard, spotless, comfortable, and very spacious. The bathroom was also of the same standard. The resturant manager in the mornings was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely and well presented. It was... more

I had to find a hotel close to Heathrow and was glad I picked this one. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable and the bath products nicer than usual. WiFi cost extra but a good breakfast buffet with lots of choices was included in the rate I paid (via Travelocity.) I thought this was a good value for the... more

You don't stay at Marriott looking for quirky, one-off hotels. This location is as good or better than most Marriott's. Good sized rooms, quite, clean, usual comfortable bed - what more do you need for an overnight stay before an early flight. One tip: avoid the Hotel Hoppa bus ripoff. All local buses that go in and out of the... more

This hotel is a good choice for families needing to leave from Heathrow early or getting in late. We had a double-double (rare in London) for our two adults and two children. Room looked onto an interior courtyard (no view), but was very quiet - there is no sense at all that you are right next door to a major... more

Pretty much like all Marriott Hotels really. I stayed here on business (although I was not flying in or out of Heathrow) and chose it due to it being reasonably priced for London and the fact that it has a Costa Coffee on the ground floor of the lobby. Rooms are what you would expect from a Marriott, location is... more

The hotel has been nicely refurbished, but doesn't live up to its promise. Service is mediocre - staff were pleasant (with one grumpy exception!) but seemed poorly trained. Service in the American Grill was very slow, even though it was half empty - slow start and half an hour between courses, so we gave up on dessert. A lot of... more

We stayed at this hotel as we were staying at Legoland on a stay and play weekend (£323 for 3 nights bed and breakfast and 2 day pass to Legoland). Firstly location was great to and from Legoland. We also travelled into London on the tube, this was excellent as the bus to the nearest tube was free (Hatton Cross)... more

I have stayed numerous nights here over the last 3 years but this visit I literally noticed the difference. The standard of cleaning and raggedness of the place came through. The main corridors looked as if a party had been held with clear dirty zones on the carpet close to the walls where the hoover could not reach, bits all... more

I've just stayed at this hotel, and thought I'd write a review. Forgive ny apathy, but it was exectly as I'd expected it to be. That's not a problem, infact it's what you want from a decent airport hotel. The positives are location (especially to Terminals 1,2 and 3 - taxi £8, and note - Terminal 4,5 taxi £14), cleanliness... more
