Good airport hotel. Nice rooms, excellent service and all the normal features of a Marriott. Also has a good bar and comfortable lobby for meeting and talking.

I spent couple 2 months in this hotel for business, very good service, friendly staff and very nice breakfast and food. Location was a bit remote from the underground however you can take the bus to one of the close station and get to London in 30-45 min.

It's out near the airport, but easy access to bus to underground to take into City. Concierges there, very helpful in getting us where we need to go. Had dinner in the American Grill, in house restaurant, service was very slow, but the food was good. Beds are very comfy.

Close to airport. Rooms quite stuffy. AC not strong enough to circulate the dusty air. All windows are "suicide proof" so there will be no source of fresh air. Individual air purifying units not available from guest services so if you have allergies to dust, beware. Breakfast was OK. Hotel store charges double for all items.
