Although the hotel is well located and has some excellent rates on the weekends, I found the breakfast very disappointing. The selection is good, but both days of my stay the food was lukewarm at best. Bowls just don't keep the food hot even with heat lamps. The night that we went to the bar for a drink, we had... more

I had a very nice stay in this hotel, eventhough it was for a short period. It is a budget hotel but I had a very nice welcome which was really pleasant after passing 6hr in stand by list with BMI (that's another story). The receptionist was very helpful. The room rate is very budget, I paid almost half what... more

I found the hotel very clean and the staff very friendly and the accommodation very adequate. In fact I had a soup at the bar and it was one of the best soups I had taken. At the Cafeteria the food looked very appetisiing and there were crowded. All the lifts were working and they were not noisy and from... more

I've been staying at the Ibis about three times a month for the past two or three years and in that time the hotel has steadily improved. It's never been a bad hotel, but in the past is certainly wasn't up to the standard it is today. As an airport hotel it's absolutely perfect. It's well located with easy connections... more

My husband and I missed our connecting flight in London due to weather conditions and British Air put us up at the Ibis. Granted there were a lot of other folks in our situation and because of this the hotel staff seemed overwhelmed. There were two people at check-in with a line of about 30 people waiting to get their... more

Its within easy reach of heathrow airport. you can get a free local buses (rather than the hoppa bus which is about £4.50) to Harlington corner and... more

On arrival at the hotel there was limited disabled parking, spaces (both taken). Very impressive reception area (bright, modern), checked in paid for 2 nights (room only at £42 a night). The rooms are small but fine as regards the room, there is queen size bed, good lighting, flat screen tv. and we had a good view from the window... more
