We took the deluxe 15 day parking option and it was worth every penny. The staff were, without exception, pleasant and helpful. Having an early flight (7:15AM) from terminal 5 we decided to use an airport hotel with parking package - the deluxe package at the Radisson Edwardian was excellent value with chauffeur driven transfer and a greet at terminal service to deliver our car at the end of our trip. My husband and I stayed at the Radisson Edwardian prior to an early flight to New York from Heathrow. The hotel facilities were excellent and we found all staff very friendly and helpful. The food in the Brasserie was outstanding. I would not hesitate to stay here again. more

I frequently stay at LHR and have tried many of the hotels over the years - the Radisson is the one I always come back to. it represents excellent value, and the quality of the rooms, food and service stands up well even compared to the the far more expensive 5* Sofitel at terminal 5. I stayed one night last week at the Radisson Edwardian. Overnighting to catch next day flight to Australia. I got a great price on Last Minute.com (50 pounds a night, no breakfast). I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by this hotel. It was not possible to check out before having breakfast. I also asked to include the breakfast rate in the accomodation rate.
