A nice clean hotel. Plenty of car parking. Staff friendly at reception. Restaurant staff not so much but reasonable service for the cost. Room was clean and fresh but the pillows (even with a choice) let it down. But for £29 it looks like the best option for Bishop Auckland and surrounding area .

Probably the best place to stay in the Bishop Auckland area. Sainsburys supermarket very near as well as other facilities in the area.

A very good Premier Inn, in a quiet area on the outskirts of the town. Pleasant and helpful staff, a decent sized room, spotlessly clean and a good nights sleep. No complaints whatsoever.

Stayed here for work; very impressed with room size as well overall service from staff. Very friendly and informative. Like many hotels in this chain this is situated next door to a brewers fayre which is great for food in distance. Worth booking ahead 66 pound for room only might be seen by some as overpriced??

Clean and tidy and what you would expect. The attached pub did food that was fine, hardly gastro but won't disappoint too much either and was well priced. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and attentive
