A good standard guest house clean with a nice but not overbearing welcome.The beds were comfortable.The breakfast was good full English with cereal , juice , coffee , toast.Right in the centre 1 Minutes walk from Lord St a couple of minutes to the sea front / pier.Would use again more

Having stayed in other hotels in Southport this is the best. Great value for money.Christine is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The only fault we could find is that the en suite a little on the small side. Bed is the most comfortable we have slept in when on holiday. Breakfast is AWESOME. more

We found the hotel easily, thanks to the excellent map on their website. We were warmly welcomed by the owner who is a lovely lady. Our room was spotlessly clean & very well appointed & the beds were of very high quality & very comfortable. A beautiful place to stay . Lovely position Place was spotless and very tastefully furnished and high quality Great breakfast TV wasnt working in the first bedroom offered but we were transferred straight away to a stunning family room . Wireless connection for our computer more
