Well, what can we say? We have never stayed in a B & B like this before. What attentive hosts - the room was perfect and the facilities amazing. We were spoilt for choice for breakfast - I had eggs florentine and it was fresh and yummy. We would definitely return - it was a shame we were only there... more

Every once in a while you find a place which just hits the spot. The Bay Tree House was that place for us. The room was very comfortable and all the extra touches such as bath robes, slippers, sweeties etc etc etc make it special. The breakfasts are excellent with a very wide choice. I wouldn't like to single anything... more

we had the most fantastic stay, the hosts were fabulous, and the team they have working for them were just fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them, the decor was just amazing and the food was so wonderful. we will definately go back. very highly recommend this gem of a place. more

Everything about Bay Tree House is wonderful. Starting with the warm friendly welcome from Allan and Sam the dog, to cozy well equiped room with complimentary tea, coffee, water, biscuits and sweeties, to bathrobes, slippers and toiletries, to an amazing breakfast selection, all freshly prepared!! Nothing was to much for Allan. The breakfast was wonderful there is 14 to choose from 7 are vegetarian and it is freshly made for you . The bedrooms are cosy and modern with lovely touches such as dressing gowns,slippers, bottled water, nice biscuits and sweets, top of the range toiletries, dvd player and last but not least a great... more

This was the first time for us to use a B & B and not a hotel and we were not disappointed. We stayed in a standard double which was very comfortable and extremely well equipped with all of those little extras that you normaly have to pay four star hotel prices to receive. We really enjoyed our stay - you could see that a lot of thought and effort had gone into everything. The rooms were brilliant, clean, well decorated and furnished and all the little 'extras' made for a wonderful experience. Absolutely Fabulous more

Bay Tree House is truly amazing I booked it for my boyfriends birthday there were four of us altogether my sister and her partner, we were greeted by Allan who welcomed us with a smile and saying all our names he showed us to the first room for my sister which was gorgeous then we saw our room (room 6)... more
