Stayed in what was suppose to be deluxe room, with a king size bed, which happened to be two beds pushed together, top quilt being very nice, with matching curtains, only to find underneath 2 single brown, not matching duvets. Have just come back from a stay at the Balmoral Lodge and loved it. Check in was quick, easy and friendly and our bags were taken to our rooms.
