The Hotel room was very dated and old fashioned, we stayed Two nights and were kept awake on and off both nights with rowdy guest's banging doors and raised voices I have never left a hotel without reception asking if we had enjoyed our stay I think they knew what the answer would have been "Never again" more

The food at Carringtons is excellent. The young chef Philip went to great efforts to show the fish before cooking and explained the sauces and methods used in the cooking.
