We were appalled by the depressing condition of the Imperial. Everyhing about the place was way below an acceptable standard. Just back from Tenby with the family. I paid more for the seaview room and it was fanastic. The view was breathtaking over the sea. Rest of the hotel has had a refit and smelt a bit of paint. Refurbish it repair the roof, clear out the staff who were useless, and tell shearings to sell it, l would never go to a hotel owned by shearings again. I did write and complain but even the hire up had't got the manners to reply. Also find someone who can produce an edible food.. my husband and l regularly stayed... more

We had a wonderfully relaxing time.The waitresses/waiters were extremely curteous.The manageress seemed to affect their friendliness as they were quieter when she appeared. The room had fab views and was spacious.The food was served promptly and fairly varied.The puddings need a brush up(leave out squirty cream on everything) and the dinners were highly salted(not good for old folk),other wise OK.... more
