We have just returned from a short weekend break in Tenby. We had 2 nights at The Normandie, which, on the whole, was very enjoyable. The owners and staff couldn't do enough for us during our stay, but, the only thing that was a let down was, our room was not made up between nights? Our bed was not made... More

We are regular visitors to this pub when in the area because it is dog friendly. I have always found it to be clean and looked after. The atmosphere in the pub is a little morbid but the delightful beer garden is always buzzing. It also has outdoor flat screen TVs for sports which I think is a winner. And... More

Shower head covered in mould and dirt, the walls caked in mould side of bath hanging off. Carpet so dirty could not walk on it bare foot as it was so filthy really even the basics where not done the manager is the cleaner who seems to be doing it all and not very good at that strongly recommend you... The restaurant turns into a nightclub after hours which ended at 1am. This I would accept with rooms being above a pub if this was the end but instead the party continued in the street for hours after. Only after a visit from the police did this move away. The room itself was terrible and clearly not fully cleaned from... More

Lack of interest from staff. Noise until 3 in the morning from people stood outside a night club three doors up. Window didn't open any more than the three inch gap at the bottom. It didn't close either so we couldn't shut the noise out. No chair for the dressing table. No light above the bathroom mirror so couldn't see... More

I live locally, and ever since I was introduced to The Normandie, I have been there every time I go to Tenby for the day. I've been there 4 times in the last 6 weeks, and had various dishes for lunch. The staff are charming and make you feel as if they enjoy serving you. After a mix up with... More

Stayed during a trip to Tenby in July 2014. All the rooms are located either above the busy street or the beer garden. And the pub below the hotel bedrooms is open until late and attracts a boisterous crowd with a very noisy heavy metal music scene. This would not be as much of a problem if the windows in... More
