We stayed for 3 nights in room 6,which had a pleasant and quiet outlook.the room was clean with a well stocked hospitality tray,an excellent shower and a comfortable bed.kinloch court is a very old building and as such, although partly modernised, further work would improve the quality of stay further.the manager was pleasant and helpful and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay,helped... Having just returned from a 2 night stay in room 10 the tv didn't work properly the mattress was uncomfortable and the shower was to low. On a positive the breakfast was lovely and Lee very welcoming . We would go back if the hotel was giving a make over

Stayed here for the second time with my girlfriend back in July, I say it wasn't as good as the first stay due to the fact it was slightly ruined by some drunk people smashing on the door at around 3am and they just would not be quiet for a good hour or so. Other than the above, the 2nd... More

You could not ask for a more perfect spot. We had room 4 overlooking the sea to Caldey Island and also the golf course. They have their own car park which is a rare thing in Tenby. The manager Lee was really friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Laura did the most lovely breakfast and, like our... More

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of both the beaches and the centre. The room and en-suite were both spotless, with all the basics covered, and we had a great view over the sea to Caldey Island. In general, we found the place to have a warm and inviting feel, and the host Lee was very friendly and welcoming.

Lee the manager, was a good host, always helpful, friendly and attentive. As a family of 4 we stayed in room 8 on the top floor looking over the public car park and towards town. Adequate for our needs but the double bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom is very dated and there was a lack of clothes storage... More

Kinloch court b&b is in a great location . We stayed on the top floor in room 9. Lovely views overlooking the beach , great to hear the sea whilst in bed ! Talking of beds , very uncomfortable with bed springs poking up, pillows very soft , so not the best nights sleep ! The b&b is very old... More

My husband and I spent a night here, in room 10 at the very top of the house. The bed has certainly seen better days and had what felt like springs coming through. My daughter who was staying the night (in room 9) went down and asked for an additional quilt so that we could at least put it on... More

We stayed at Kinloch Court this weekend and from our first contact with Lee, who runs the B&B, it was a very pleasant experience. I phoned Lee in advance as I knew we would arrive late and they went out of their way to accommodate us and make it as easy as possible to check in. Our room was very... More

Our room was cleaned to a very high standard, plenty of refreshments on hand in the room. But best of all was the lovely warm welcome we received from Lee & Laura. Breakfast was delicious, and it was good to be able to have just what you wanted. Chef cooked each one just how we liked them. Can't really fault... More
