After a friend of ours booked this trip for 10 of us to have a weekend break away i thought that i would read up the views for this hotel, and was horrified and dreading going. But on arrival was pleasantly suprised, the staff were great, the food was tasty, hot and with a variety of choices on the menu... more

The main and beautiful beach is just across the road from the hotel, and only minutes from the town with its narrow and interseting streets, accessed through the old medaeval arches. The double room was a good size and clean. Staff are friendly and went out of there way to accomadate my son who is vegan, and bought in soya... more

I recently visited this hotel a week before Easter. I was dismayed at the quality of the furnishings within the room. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets were not particularly clean or the carpets. In actual fact, none of the carpeting throughout the hotel was clean. Staff were ignorant. They ignored us when we arrived. Breakfast the following day was horrendous.... more

yes, i know the reviews arent wonderful, but try and look beyond that. ive stayed here, twice this year, and many times in the past. yes it is a little dated, and yes not as smart as some, but the staff and quality of food make this hotel for me. if you dont want lots of twenty somethings, on the... more

After trying to stay an extra night in the Southcliff Hotel in Tenby, we were unfortunately forced to look elsewhere due to it being completely full that night. After some difficulty, we managed to find rooms in the Belgrave Hotel just around the corner on the South Beach side of town. Although we were initially pleased to have somewhere to... more

First Impressions that I got on the hotel were really good, the place seemed nice and clean but I was shocked when we got to our room and seen how small it was. The Shower room was like a cupboard, everytime I was sat on the toilet my knees were touching the door and we were like sardines in a... more

We stayed three nights at the Belgrave. What a nightmare. The first night we went out and came back wet and cold. I tried the shower but there was no hot water! First thing in he morning I complained to reception, they said they were having problems with the boiler, and assured me that it would be fixed by the... more

We booked the hotel through an advert in the local newspaper for 2 nights over the Easter bank holiday. The first thing that hit us as soon as we entered the place was the strong, stale smell of smoke. I know some rooms are smoking but should the smell be in the foyer? The smell was so bad it made... more
