This hotel is right on the front, we went is as it is an ideal place to have drinks and people watch. It was empty both times we went in, but the waitress was very nice and the prices were reasonable.

We stayed in room 308 family room which had a double and 2 single beds, room was large with high ceilings, ensuite bathroom (shower was a little tricky as it was fed from the taps),double wardrobe, bedside cabinets with lamps, large dressing table and the usual tea and coffee making facilities,I'd also like to mention the sash window although it was a plus to... We stayed for one night,. The room was tired, the bathroom door was paint bound and didn't close and the electricity socket was loose and dangerous. The windows were loose and let in the cold air, and the radiator didn't work, so the room was cold. Breakfast was Nice and the staffs were friendly and accommodating ( warned us about... More

Hotel was quite overpriced considering the condition of the rooms. The wallpaper was all peeling off the walls, the windows very rattly and had a huge draft coming through. Also walls were paper thin and you could hear people's full conversations from your own room. The carpet was foul and needs to be changed! Hotel staff were very friendly and... More

I stayed in this 'hotel' for what was suppose to be a week but lasted one night and wow what can I say... The room was disgusting (I wouldn't let my dog sleep there) the noise from the kitchen fans of the hotel start up at 7 in the morning and go off at 9 at night and the smell... More

This hotel richly deserves its place at the bottom of the Tenby hotel ratings. It's a dreary, dismal, depressing place. Expensive, very poor condition and staff who make it very clear they do not care yet get all offended when you dare to complain. Avoid this place like the plague and instead go to the smart new Premier Inn around... More

The central location and beach/ harbour make this hotel a great choice. The staff are helpful, beds comfortable; dining is fine & the price reflects this "tired" ambience of the place. It depends what you want I suppose!

I spent 1 night in room 203 as i had to work down in the town. The carpet was covered in stains, the sink had hair around it and the bath was dirty. As i was only down there for the one night for work i just got on with it but if it had been the case i had... More
