We booked a 2 night stay here for September 2013. My family and I have been visiting the town for over 25 years and have never been disappointed with any accommodation we have stayed in. Until now. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the hotel was run down, and the rooms were in a league of their own. The windows... More

Great location, and views. Staff friendly but not very motivated. Big family room Breakfast served efficiently and nice toast. No car parking, but you expect that in Tenby Room and rest of hotel is very tired looing and could do with updating, however it depends on how much time you spend there.

My wife and I have just gotten back from 3 nights in this awful place. The view was fabulous, BUT: The room was grim - dusty, poorly furnished and the mirror looked as though it had not been cleaned in decades. Breakfast was terrible, with cheap ingredients cooked badly (the yoghurt was happy Shopper priced [on the label] at £1.50... More

No warm welcome on arrival. Staff appeared to be suspicious of us and we never felt comfortable when at reception. If you were planning a suicide there was a lovely ladder in the middle of the hall with a long extension lead hanging from the loft hatch. Health and safety was not their number one thought for customers. The hot... More

We were supplied with another heater but room was huge to heat and I didnt have a shower my first night as cold. There is no car park so you have... More

You will not get a better view from any other Hotel, but as for the Hotel, its a very sad place that needs some TLC, The weather was typical, but the towels on the windowsills kept the rain out,if I came into money to refurbish this Hotel it would be a little goldmine, and the staff might like to smile... The view from our huge bay window was spectacular and the location, just inside the old rown walls, could not have been better. This hotel did not have very good reviews previously but I went with my adult son and we liked it a lot. It was a little old fashioned but had character. The room was spacious and the... More
