Ignore the negative comments about St.Oswalds. OK, so it is not 'ultra-modern' like some, but it has warm & friendly hosts (Lee & Maureen), has a traditional B & B atmosphere, & is situated in a fantastic location in Tenby. It is only 50 metres from the sea front, but also only a few minutes walk from the town aswell.... More

I have been in Tenby as a single traveller in 2012. This year I travelled with a friend and I had to show him Tenby. It is a really lovely town. Now Tenby has one more fan. I'm always looking for the lower end of the range when it comes to rates for bed and breakfast. That has to be... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews on here but found the place to be absolutely charming. It is a traditional guest house, the lady of the house is very friendly and at £31 per night for B &B, cannot be faulted. We were in Room 10 on the 3rd floor, seemed... More

After reading a couple of bad reviews we were a little apprehensive but really shouldn't have been. The people running the b and b were lovely and couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was large and clean, the breakfast excellent and the place was located perfectly. Really couldn't fault it at all and felt conpelled to write this review... More

Stayed here last night for one night (thank goodness no longer!) The lady of the establishment was very pleasant, warm, friendly and welcoming ............. Then she handed us over to what i can only presume was her husband who was the exact opposite!! To say that he was regimented in his approach to arrangements for breakfast would be a gross... More

My friend and I first started going to Tenby when we turned 40, we tried lots of places to stay but no one would take us as they thought we would be loud party animals!! I rang St Oswalds and they took our booking on the promise that we would be good girls, so funny. We arrived and loved it... More

On a motor cycling tour of Wales we arrived in Tenby looking for one night's accommodation (2 rooms) Ideally we wanted private parking for 3 expensive motor cycles. We walked round several streets knocking on doors and having a sneak peek at nearby parking, lots of guest houses don't have their own parking and the small packed streets are nearly... More

In this modern age, no credit cards, no WiFi and an attitude from the owner. Breakfast was frankly the worst we had in two weeks in Wales and England. I would suggest taking a hard look at other places.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and we really dont know why some people have written negative comments. 'PLEASE IGNORE THEM' From the minute we walked in we recieved a warm welcome. The hotel itself is a victorian dwelling so the interior reflects this to some extent so updating the hotel as one reviwer suggests would ruin it. The rooms... More
