For the price we paid, this hotel was fine. Bedroom was outdated but clean and the bathroom was fine. We only stayed for one night and it served its purpose for us. It's really close to the beach and the town so its location really is a massive bonus. The only thing I would say is that some of the... More

Booked a family room at this hotel well in advanced and stated that we have a 16 week old baby when we booked. Up on arrival we were quite abruptly told that we do not accommodate for babies as they do not have any facilities for babies. The "family" room was small, unclean and inaccessible for a family with a... More

Taking into account this was a 3 star B&B there was no faults at all! The price was perfect in reason, room was clean and comfortable perfect for 2! Owners were very friendly and made good conversation whenever we saw them, overall great stay! Would recommend ! :)

I booked this B and B , as myself and my wife wanted somewhere to stay over Whitsun weekend and everywhere else was booked. , The previous reviews were not very flattering , but I thought how bad could it be ..... On arrival , the staff and owner were very friendly and we were asked what we would like... More

Don't bother even booking!! I spoke to the owner over the phone who was very rude and uninterested in my business. When I stated I wasn't very impressed with the customer service and I wouldn't be booking a room the owner replied "I couldn't care less to be honest" politeness doesn't cost anything!! Doesn't deserve anyone's business!!!

I would normally not write reviews but as I based deciding to stay here on the good reviews I thought I would warn others before they fall into the same trap. This will probably come across like I'm some moaning fart but while I would normally let it ride all the little things added up to me writing this review.... More

Stayed at this B&B twice, rooms are lovely and clean although do need updating. Breakfast is lovely. only a 2 minute walk from town centre and parking is limited outside although there is a massive carpark around the corner. Staff are lovely and friendly and a key is given to you so you can let yourself in at any time... More

As a last minute booking, myself and partner stayed for just the 1 night. The room was ok, nothing special, but when we got there the only window in the room (a velux window) was left open. It was freezing in there at this point, early November, and with it looking like rain, we decided rather quickly to shut it.... More

Me and my partner spent 2 nights at Glenholme in room 1. Although a family room we used it as a double. It was spacious for two people but it would be very crampt if 3 were in there. The room is ensuite with a shower room which is very tiny but practicle. We were a little dissappointed that the... More

This guesthouse has a very good location. The staff are very friendly. The owner is very friendly and make our stay comfortable enough The negative points of this guesthouse are the cleanliness. When we just checked in, we were very impressed with decoration in the room. It is neat and tidy compared with other guesthouse. However, we completely lost our... More
