We spent two nights here on an Amazon deal. We had room number five which was very clean and spacious. The furniture is a bit mix and match but the four poster bed was very comfortable indeed. The room overlooks the street but has secondary glazing. Our deal included a meal allowance on the first night. We chose from the... More

Like many others, we were staying at St Theresa's on an Amazon deal... two nights, an evening meal ( £15 contribution from hotel PER PERSON, two breakfasts and an afternoon cream tea. All for £129! I do think people are expecting too much for that price... that would be the same price as you would pay for one night for... More

We bought a 2 day break via Amazon which included an bed breakfast a voucher towards an evening meal and a cream Tea. The hotel is perfectly situated for the town. We stayed in room 7 sparse and not keen on plastic cups in the bedroom. Evening meal and breakfast was served in the basement. It lacks atmposhere and served... More

We would like to thank you taking the time to write a review, we would like to make comment on a few of the point you have raised: THE DRAIN SMELL - The owners of the building sent out builders on the 22/5/15, and they found a few problems with the drains under the toilet block extension, they have repaired... This is my third attempt to write this review as I am trying not to be overly negative,but.... My wife and I booked an Amazon deal. £129 for two nights B&B with £15 off dinner and a cream tea the following day. Dinner that evening was fabulous, served by a really nice young fella called Oliver, he was also cooking... More

I like you have taken my time in writing my reply to your review as it was a very damning review that has caused quite a bit of hurt to us. You told our staff that you have had your own business and know about the business, that being the case do you not think a letter to us with... More

Stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Tenby. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The 4 poster room was large and comfortable for what we needed, no its not luxurious but for the price was fine. No hairdryer so take one if you need it. There is a bit of an unfortunate smell in the hallways but it wasn't present in the... More

We came here one Sunday for afternoon tea with a Groupon deal. I had phoned up to book in advance but it was clear that the staff on the day had no idea we were coming, no table with high chair had been set up etc. After selecting a table and moving the dirty crockery off it, we ordered our... Nice family run hotel - friendly staff & good food. Quaint little tea room with lovely afternoon tea's served. Good location facing old castle walls & minutes from the lovely sandy beaches. A two day Amazon break in st teresa`s hotel ,Tenby was an utterly charming experience. Even though we were a little taken aback at everything being on lock down on a Monday evening it did mean we had the most glorious fish and chips and conversation at and with Fecci round the corner through the Arches. The staff were very... More

We stumbled upon St Teresa's while walking in to Tenby one Sunday - we were looking for somewhere to have lunch - 3 adults a baby and 3 small dogs. We noticed that St Teresa's advertised lunch at 8,95 for 1 course Sunday lunch, 11,00 for 2 courses and 14,00 for 3 and dogs were welcome. We walked around Tenby... More
