Travelling with a person of reduced mobility and the staff bent over backwards to help us. The restaurant is on the lower floor for breakfasts but staff allowed us to use the public tea room (same level as my elderly relatives room) before it opened. The Afternoon teas in the themed tearoom are very good value for money. The room... More

Stayed here in the 'Family Room' for 2 nights with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. Advertised as a 'Family Room' but it is more than that.. A 'Family Suite' would be a more accurate description. It consisted of a double room and a separate bedroom with bunk beds in. The bathroom was large with a bath and a separate shower... More

Stayed here in July with my Cousin. After finding our way in, there was a separate door for the restaurant, we were given a friendly welcome at reception. The hotel was very clean and tidy as we walked up to the top floor to our room (room 7). Whilst our room was quite small, it was very neat, contained tea and... More

Superbly located opposite Tenby's old town walls - and hence away from the noise after "Chucking out time". Small cramped room(s) with dated facilities in need of repair (lock missing off toilet door, toilet roll holder swinging freely edtc). Woeful lack of power sockets, and a small (immovable TV) fell far short of todays requirements - as did the WiFi... More

Our hosts Tim and Mel are excellent hosts, the rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable, as for the food I can not praise it enough breakfast... More

We stayed at this hotel using one of the Amazon deals. Our room was rather basic but clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasent and helpful. We ate in the hotel restuarant one evening and enjoyed a very good meal. We also had a cream tea whilst there and this was also very good, as were... More

We stayed here on an Amazon deal. Excellent value for money . We had a meal in the restaurant on our first night which was delicious, home cooked fayre. The hotel is well run by a very likeable and experienced family team. The restaurant is small and cosy, perhaps a table or two too many for the space but it... More
