Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Comfortable beds, pressure good in the shower. You can walk to the stunning Tenby South Beach in 5 minutes, town in 8 mins and the iconic Harbour in 15 mins. Points to note, you have to pay for parking but get prepared with pound coins and pay for your entire stay. 72 hours was £13.... More

We visited the Strathmore for two nights in April when the sun was shining. The hotel was very pleasant and well located just a stone's throw from South Beach. Also well within walking distance from the town. We had a brief chat with Joe the owner, who is a nice chap with good tips on nearby restaurants. The room was... More

Booked to stay at the Strathmore for 3 nights but could easily have stayed longer. The location was perfect, close to the car park the beach and the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable the breakfast was tasty and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Tenby.

We booked at short notice for a short break. The owner kindly phoned to explain that he'd be away from the hotel at the time of our arrival, but explained to us where he'd leave the key etc. The room, though small, was comfy and well-appointed, as one would expect of the best sort of small B&B hotel. The next... More

Really enjoyed our stay at The Strathmore. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The Owner Joe gave us a warm welcome and always forthcoming with local knowledge. The WiFi was fast and they know how to make a good breakfast. I'd definitely recommend staying here. We'll be back

stayed here for a seaside break. Warm welcome from Joe, the owner who showed us around and was happy to give us a choice of rooms. The room was good (and very warm....South Wales seaside was wet and very wind you). Comfortable bed followed by a good breakfast, what more could you want. We would certainly stay again.

Caught this on LateRooms and went across to Tenby for a nice weekend away. Room was reasonably priced, beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It was slightly cold, but I think that was more to do with January weather and the radiator sorted that out. Joe was lovely and gave good advice on the town, saving money on... More

Just got back from a off season weekend break.Booked it last minute but glad we picked the Strathmore as the hotel is in a great location just off the seafront and a five minute walk to tenby town centre. We stayed in the family room in room 2 which is a triple room at the rear of the property with... More

Stayed in Joe's BnB a few times now, always a great welcome. Makes you feel like a long lost friend. We ask for the same room lol. Always clean, bathroom spotless. Nice breakfast too. Hope to see you all again soon.
