This was our first stay here after having reviewed it online first. We stayed in a twin room (Rm2) which is compact and bijou. The beds are very soft which is not normally our thing, but having said that we slept well. The room is clean and comfortable. The shower in the wet room is the best shower I've come... More

Spent two nights at The Olive Branch, great location, very close to all amenities, wonderful hosts who made you feel extremely welcome. Spotless clean throughout, nice soft comfy beds, if you like soft beds. Gorgeous breakfasts with high quality produce , hosts attentive to your needs . Only down side, we had a twin room which we don't normally mind... More

Stayed for just one night & wished we had booked more. Lovely room on cute cobble street which has been restored to a high standard. Great breakfast too! The only down side is lack of parking but you can pull up outside to drop your luggage. Friendly hosts and very comfy bed.

We had a double room for the night before getting the boat to Lundy Island. We were very pleased with the service at this hotel. They even booked a parking space in advance while we stayed on Lundy Island. The breakfast room down stairs is just lovely, refreshing and warm. The breakfast was delicious, even though I have certain food... More

Me and my husband recently stayed here for 4 nights for our 10th wedding anniversary and we weren't disappointed. The hosts were amazing and at my husbands request had put a bouquet of roses and champagne on ice ready for our arrival which was a lovely surprise for me. The room itself was beautiful with sea views and immaculately clean,... More

We only stayed one night and wished we had booked a longer stay, the room was really nice, very comfortable bed (not something I very often say about hotel beds!) The breakfast was exceptionally good, I had the full english, nicely cooked and presented and very good quality. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful - managing to get... More

The Olive Branch has some very good elements. The room we stayed in was large and nicely decorated - I loved the novelty of having a bath in the bedroom and it was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was superb, very high quality and there was plenty of it. Service was, on the whole, good, although we did have to phone... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend in July. We stayed in room 1, a superior double room situated on the top floor which worked out at £90 per night. The room was spacious, clean and we enjoyed a lovely sea view. There was a very large separate bathroom which featured a roll top bath (no shower... More

We stayed just one night on our South west Coastal path. We had a room on the seaward side on the top floor. The room had plenty of space, comfortably furnished and the bathroom was huge. we spent a quiet night and breakfast was good and enjoyable. We ate in the Olive Branch restaurant which was good but not run... More

We stayed a night before taking the boat to Lundy. The huge room was wonderful; clean, stylish and comfortable with a lovely view out to sea. Breakfast was similarly fabulous and we had an absolutely fabulous time. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
