This guest house is pretty much perfect. Lovely comfortable room, spotlessly clean, great welcome from Sandie, good breakfast, easy parking and excellent value for money. Would definitely return. It is a little way out of the town but we found taxis easily.

Stayed at this lovely guesthouse on April 23rd for 1 night. My wife and I were in town to attend a wedding at the nearby Tunnels Beaches (a must visit if you're close). We arrived at 12.15 and were greeted by Sandie, our room was ready (due to Sandie emailing us a few weeks previously asking us when we would... More

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Parking is easy and it's not too far to walk into town to eat. Dave and Sandie are very friendly and were happy to recommend places to go. The breakfasts were delicious. The room was great; it was nice to have a sofa to sit on and watch TV. We would stay... More

We had 5 nights & Sandy / Dave could not have been more friendly & helpfull. Not to far into town to eat or "do the sites" a little up hill on the way back. Nich & warm inside on a cold December day ! Will stay again

Great hosts and a nice breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable with the added bonus of off street parking and decent free wifi. Tea and Coffee facilities free in room. Recommended for business or pleasure with or without the kids.. would definitely consider staying again on our next visit to "sunny" Devon.

Lovely couple, lovely B&B I'll definitely book here again. I've known Dave and Sandie for years and they always aim to please. Off road parking is a bonus. I had a large airy room that was well appointed. Just a cracking place to stay.

David and Sandie were the perfect hosts and their home was a wonderful place to stay during a holiday to explore North Devon. The room was a great size, offering very comfy beds, blackout curtains, fresh water/tea/coffee facilities with biscuits and a great power shower. Breakfasts (with both hot and cold options) were made to order and were perfectly turned... More
