Our party of four had an entirely enjoyable and comfortable stay at this hotel in early February 2008. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent and plentiful, and our pre-arranged trips with Cairngorm were excellent. We will definitely return to the Duke in the future. more

After reading previous reviews I was very sceptical about visiting this hotel. A party of 12 of us (50+) travelled with Cairngorm Travel to the Duke of Gordon. I stayed with my mother as part of a long weekend reunion of a group of elderly people and their families. This event happens every two years and has always been held at the Duke of Gordon.
