My husband and I stayed in this hotel as we were guests at a wedding nearby . For one night I would say this hotel was adequate in that our room was warm and clean and the price was reasonable for B&B £49.50 per person. We didn't have dinner but did have breakfast which was average and felt somewhat like... more

This was my third stay at this lovely hotel, the staff are wonderful, polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast is a great start to the day, and evening meals are splendid. The hotel is lovely and warm throughout, with a huge log fire in reception area. Cant wait to go back again. Thank you all for making my stay a... more

Travelled from Aberdeen for 50th Birthday weekend(6 couples). Excellent service from staff and the food was outstanding. Mix up with drinks licence meant the hotel could'nt serve alcohol but we were given a voucher for 4 free drinks each day!!!!!! Rooms are comfortable and would certainly stay here again. more

Firstly, the service and the food is very good - the only problem being that there was only provision for one queue for cold and hot buffet breakfast , it would have been easier and more convenient to split this into two, so people wouldn't have had to wait so long. Entertainment was good but only on until 10.30pm, this... more

All the staff and management were very efficient and looked after us very well. I have recommended you to many of our relatives and hope that they too enjoy their stay at the Duke of Gordon as much as we did. more

I stayed at this hotel with my mother, her first break away from home since my father died. On arrival, the front entrance area was filthy and there was something leaking under the door of the disabled toilet on the ground floor. The bedrooms were adequate, but rather shabby. I put my clothes on the shelf in the wardrobe and... more

In regards to this review I personally checked the guests in on arrival and they were provided with newly refurbished twin rooms with no single person supplement charge added. I was brought back on duty as the receptionist rang me to say that some guests were being slightly aggressive and could I assist her; I immediately came to the Main...

Situated in the Spey valley the hotel has lovely views all around which all adds to the excellent service we received whilst staying there. The rooms were clean and comfortable with coffee and tea making facilities. The public areas of the hotel were well kept and clean and the staff were extremely polite and good natured. The meals were very... more

My wife and I stayed at the Duke Of Gordon at the beginning of January as we wanted to get away for a relaxing weekend winter break. That is certainly what we got. When we arrived there was a very welcoming fire in front of us as we came in from the cold and as we checked in the reception... more
