Great B&B, conveniently located in Kingussie. Extremely friendly staff and very helpful including offering to let me come back to shower after a day in the hills even after I checked out which was above and beyond. Breakfast was also excellent with a great selection of toast, croissant etc. Room was very nice and comfortable!

Lovely place, with fresh eggs from their own hens for breakfast! Walking distance to several restaurants and less than 10 minutes by car to the Highland Wild Life Park and a quite nice sheep dog demonstration is also nearby.

I stayed at Greystones while hiking in the area and can't say enough good things about both the house and the hosts. Anne and Mark were very friendly and accommodating, letting me drop luggage off early in the day, and offered excellent advice and even trail maps for the hills in the area. It was a very pleasant stay, and... More

An excellent place to stay if you want comfort, peace and quiet yet easy access to public transport and magnificent countryside. A lovely old family house traditionally furnished and surrounded by trees. Wake up to the sound of birds and the antics of red squirrels outside your window.

Very welcoming. Lovely old building with real character. No facilities in the room but everything you could need in the comfortable lounge. Wifi a bit weak in my room but spot on in the lounge. Ann and Mark were very friendly and provided a lovely home cooked breakfast with eggs from their own hens!

I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone and everyone! It's a lovely place with a relaxed atmosphere and located not far from the high street. The owner is very helpful and extremely welcoming and is a fantastic cook! You would be mad not to choose this homely and quirky B&B!

Very comfortable and dog friendly. As we had to leave before breakfast unable to comment but understand that it is very good. Great place for watching wildlife. Good walks nearby and excellent fish and chips in the town.

Stayed at Greystones in June 2015. The people that run the b and b are friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are a little old fashioned but I quite like that. Kingussie is a quiet town but it is difficult to find something to eat after 9pm. It is easy to get to Inverness, Perth and Aviemore... More

We stayed over on our visit to the near by wild life park. It was a pleasant and relaxing place to stay. Located near local amenities but still secluded and quiet. The host was very hospitable and our toddler son enjoyed feeding the chickens in the garden. We opted for the full breakfast which did not disappoint, it was delicious... More

I stayed at Greystones for one night during a trip through the Highlands and would gladly have visited for longer. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming, with delicious eggs from their own hens. A short stroll into town along the Gynack burn. My room was not ensuite, but very generously sized and there are 2 superbly appointed bathrooms for guests.
