Greystones has a very authentic feel with extremely helpful owners who make their guests feel very welcome. It is conveniently located to access the town, the Cairngorms National Park or other Highland attractions further to the North.

very good B&B in a charming house, surrounded by a beautiful garden (squirels included!). The hosts were very welcoming and natural, as if we already knew each other. It is obvious that they enjoy their activity. Bedroom (twin Owl) and bathroom were comfortable and clean. A good and cheap fish and chips just 2 minutes from there. We will definitely... More

Anne & Mark's Greystones B&B is an extremely beautiful B&B in Kingussie, with easy access to the Cairngorm nature reserve. Lovely hosts, a warm welcome (also from Dug the Dog), a livingroom for the guests with sofas, armchairs, books, fridge, tea kettle and all you could wish for. Excellent and beautiful spacey room (felt like a queen in my four-poster-bed),... More

The B&B is set in a beautiful old house. The hosts were very warm and welcoming to us and our 7 month year old son. We were even able to rent a cot for him for a nominal £5 fee. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the availability of tea and coffee in... More

One of the best B&B I´ve ever been in Scotland. Lovely staff, awesome house with a huge living room full of books, maps, etc, and located in a peaceful place surrounded by nature. The breakfast was perfect. I hope I can stop here if I´m visiting Scotland again.

Pleasant and helpful hosts, really comfortable bed, duvet and pillows and a nice room. As long as you don't mind sharing a bathroom I would thoroughly recommend Greystones. Good light breakfast too...

Stayed for just one night but wished it was for more! Stunning house in a lovely location - red squirrels too! We were made to feel very welcome and hope to come back in the future. I whole heartedly recommend this to anyone wanting a comfortable, homely stay with wonderful hosts.

Nice and comfortable room (even though we had the smallest room (Martin). Friendly host! Very quiet even though fully occupied. Good breakfast which can be enjoyed while looking out at wild red squirrels.

I spent one night here after a stay in the isle of Skye and before having a walk in the Cairngorms. It was really a nice stay. You'll find friendly people here, a charmful house in a quiet aera and a good breakfast if needed.
