They have thought of everything! Helpful owners with a homely and spotless B&B, with lots of chatacter. Nice guest lounge. In a quiet spot, close to Aviemore. Have visited several times and hope yo go back.

Arrived late after warning them, this wasn't a problem. Shown around on arrival and given plenty of information about where to get food etc in the area. My dog and I had our own room and had our own separate living / dining room. No interference, very helpful. Breakfast was lovely on both days, great range and superb quality. Looking... More

I spent 3 nights in this lovely B&B and I felt at home. The location is perfect to reach all the paths of the area, the atmosphere is relaxed and perfect to have a break from the daily life, the owners are just wonderful people, helpful and friendly! Nothing to complain about!

Traditional old (Victorian) Highland house at the top of the village, with lovely views over to the Cairngorms. Characterful, clean and warm. Friendly and hospitable hosts. Free range chickens plus red squirrels and all sorts of birds to spot in the garden. Nice residents lounge with open fire.

It's a beautiful house, very cosy and very nice, it's only a short walk to the train station, very acessible. The breakfast is very well served, and delicious! Anne and Mark were both very gentle and gave me good tips about where to eat and what I could do. Recomend for everybody

Greystones B&B is a beautiful B&B that offers the most relaxing, welcoming & peaceful stay that you could wish for. Mark was very helpful and made you feel at home instantly. We felt that this beautiful place was ours for the night as we were not disturbed at all. A period property which is lovely inside. The bedroom had a... More

Staying at Greystones B&B is truly a special experience; it felt a bit like going back fifty or a hundred years with its decoration and charm. Grandfather clock, old pictures in rustic frames, fire burning in the fireplace and plenty of good books on the shelves. Breakfast was very filling and Anne was as kind as to make a little... More

I stayed at Greystones B&B when I was doing some solo travelling around Scotland. It is very easy to get to without a car and is very close to the town center of Kingussie and close to the train station as well. Mark and Anne are very welcoming and accommodating. Staying in their beautiful Victorian home was a very cool... More

Our third visit, and a pleasure to return. Comfortable bed – we had a four-poster, long enough for my tall husband; excellent ‘full Scottish’ breakfast, and Ann and Mark put themselves out, as ever, to ensure our needs were met. Bathrooms not ensuite but right by the room and we never found ourselves without! Delightful to see the red squirrels... More
