I have to say from the staff to the hotel, everything was an absolute disaster. Reception was cold and unfriendly. though I have to commend Rene for her professionalism. The Lady General Manager was snooty and very unfriendly. Food was below par on all levels, from firstly trying to eat it from little tables, easier to eat off your knees... more
