Stayed at Slemish for two nights and have to say it's an absolutely fantastic place. Lovely warm welcome, beautifully furnished and comfortable rooms and a breakfast to suit everyone's taste. Real attention to detail. Owners were always at hand to offer any assistance or to offer information about the local area. Would definitely recommend.

A very warm welcome was received on arrival at the B&B. We stayed in Room 2, which was fabulous, spacious and comfortable, the bathroom... incredible! What stood out the most were the personal touches, including being collected from the station, tea and cake at check in, home made jams and breads every morning along with an array of great breakfast... Five visits in four years and still in my opinion the best B&B I have ever stayed at. Room 2 is amazing. Also amazing breakfasts including a dram of whisky in the porridge. Looking forward to another trip.

Dear Guest, We do try to update our experience for our guests and this year sunburn on top of Cairngorm. What more can you ask for...probably be back to normal for your next visit. With thanks. More

This B&B puts some hotel rooms to shame! Room 2 is huge and has an amazing bathroom. John and Lorraine have paid every attention to detail and are very friendly. The food is really lovely. We could not fault it and would highly recommend Slemish.

Excellent homely guest house and great location for travelling around. John and Lorraine counldn't do enough for us, lots of good local knowledge and information even down to cheapest places for petrol! Breakfast was superb, you just have to try porridge with whiskey it sets you up for the day but you should leave room for Lorraine's beautiful homemade bread.... More

Fantastic bed and breakfast , one of the best we have stayed in scotland. Made to feel at home by John and Lorraine, especially after a days hillwalking in the rain they were kind enough to get all our stuff dry for the next day! Amazing breakfast each morning my favourite being the porridge, and the room and bathroom were... More

Very cosy B&B near the village center. Hosts (John and Lorraine) are fantastic and very helpful. We felt most welcome. Breakfast was great (I still dream about the home made whisky marmelade) and rooms are beautifull with the views to the hills nearby. We were absolutely sutisfied. Very good choise if you are on the East Highland Way.

Beautiful, modern and fully equipped room. Breakfast was amazing (we had the scrambled eggs and salmon) and included home made bread and 6 jams. John and Lorraine were delightful. We highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway.
