The B&B is sittuated a 10 min walk or 2 min. drive outside the town of Kingussie. Surrounded by fields, small hills and the nearby remainings of the Ruthven barracks (old fort) it presents a beautiful picture! The house and gardens, greenyards and little tree groups build together with the small stone walls a perfect escape place from the hustle... More

How lucky were we to find this place! From the moment that we arrived until we left, we were treated like royalty. The diary room, where we stayed, was beautifully furnished, immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast set us up for the whole day and Julie & John couldn't have been more attentive or friendly. Each day we had fresh milk... More

This was the best B&B we have stayed at so far. The combination of a really modern, enormously spacious and tastefully decorated room with the very serene rural surrounding area made it an excellent place to stay for a couple of days. The welcome was very cordial, we found fruit, chocolate and fresh milk in the room on arrival and... More

This is a great B&B and Julie is very friendly and helpful. The hosts Julie and John were fantastic! Each morning the breakfast was wonderful and so tasty and Julie was always enthusiastic to offer us anything else. We loved the location for hiking and the room was soooo big! We were truly spoiled here and hope to make it back someday.

This B&B is amazing. The old tractor shed room is spacious with a huge bed and large ensuite with shower and bath. The breakfast choice is extensive and I highly recommend the Apple filed pancakes served with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and bananas. Julie is an amazing host who gives a great welcome. Very well situated for all the local attractions.
