Unfortunately we only had a one night stay at Bridge of Cally but we thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. The bedroom was beautiful with one of the comfiest beds I've ever had in a hotel. The en suite was also lovely and all areas were very clean. We had dinner which was of a very... more

The hotel is situated in lovely surroundings next to a main road which is rarely busy. We were on a short stay and quite enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. However there were some minor points which my husband and I felt needed to be addressed. Firstly, the prices. Although the food is of good quality the prices are high. For example,... more

We stayed for 3 nights and each day service improved. One of the best hotels we've stayed for personal yet unobtrusive service and attention to detail. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble to help us. We used it as a base for travelling around Perthshire. For more energetic people it would be a great base for walking (bus stop... more

We asked the hotel to cook dinner for 60 of our friends and relations. We wanted a relaxed and happy occasion and Kenny and his team did a great job. What was exceptional was the outstanding meal that Kenny the Head Chef managed to create from our kitchen. How he did it we will never know but it was a... more

I ate dinner at the Bridge of Cally on a recommendation from our B&B. I ordered a fish dish off the specials menu but when it arrived the fish wasn't properly cooked and I couldn't even cut into it. It was my very first ever experience of having to send a dish back and when it was returned to me... more

My partner and i stay stayed in this hotel for one night as part of a walking break. The hotel is fantastic. Spacious very clean rooms with comfortable beds and a fantastically deep bath with gallons of hot water, just the job after a hard days walking! We dined in the hotel restaurant and the chicken is a must! Excellent... more

Cally bridge is a period hotel that dates back from the days when it was a drovers stop, hence it has tonnes of character. The bar is homely, plenty of real ales to choose from. The food served in the restaurant is some of the finest i've ever tasted. Simply amazing, so recommended to dine here. The room was large... more

I stayed here in July 2009 with my mum. We were walking the Cateran Trail through Perthshire. The hotel is ideally suited for the trail (and for other walks around the area). Service was very efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. There were nice touches like a good selection of tea and coffee making facilities and nice... more

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is in a great location right next to the river and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is exceptional, especially the steaks. Our room was a little on the small side, but clean and perfectly adequate. We would definitely stay there again. more

Spent a night here while walking the Cateran Trail. My wife is still talking about the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs we had for breakfast. Dinner here was excellent as well. Mark (I think), the owner, is a very friendly and helpful host. more
