Stayed here for one night and received an extremely warm welcome! Bedrooms very comfortable - beds were so comfy with wonderful fluffy duvets. Real fire in residents lounge was lit when we came in that evening - absolutely lovely and very welcome on a chilly evening! Breakfast was excellent - especially the homemade jam - will definitely return. Big thanks... More

The room we stayed in was beautiful. Lovely views out the windows, fluffy duvets, and tea and coffee waiting in the room. The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming and gave us some freshly baked scones with homemade jam. The breakfast was excellent, the bacon in particular was fantastic. Couldn't recommend enough.

We stayed for 3 nights here at Rosebank house recently, and found that when ranking against other similar properties in other parts of Scotland, this place scored very highly . Very efficient booking, lovely reception on arrival, fine bedroom with comfortable bed. Fab breakfast . Blairgowrie is a great spot for day trips to other parts of the highlands and... More

Thank you for your comments. Blairgowrie is indeed a wonderful place from which to explore Scotland. You were staying in room 2, Dochart. Your son actually stayed in room 3 which is our bunk/children's room. We look forward to welcoming you back to Rosebank in the future. More

Both Jim are very helpfull and friendly. We were too early but they served us tea and homemade scones &marmelades. We were told what to do around, the restaurants where to go, the way for the rest of our trip! The room, even if it is a bit small, (but the house is from the XIXth century) was very confortable... The guest house was good and in an excellent location for golf, site seeing and walking. The property is managed by Jim and Aoife who are excellent hosts and the rooms are clean and spacious. A great stay.

The owners went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable, even though we only stayed one night on our way up North. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. The hotel is located about 10 mins' walk from the town centre, meaning you can walk into town for dinner which avoids having to drive. They... More

We were there only overnight, made very welcome by Jim who went out of his way to help with our luggage. Eefa (sorry eefa, forgot how to spell your name correctly) made me a welcoming coffee. The bed was really comfy,

Thank you for your kind comments, though I think helping with your bags is part of the job and shouldn't be seen as an 'extra'. It is Aoife, by the way, and we would both love to see you again at Rosebank. More

Really nice, "fell like home" place! We were only for a night, but would gladly stay there longer. The owners are really friendly and helpful! Totally recommend this place to everyone. Breakfast is also quite good.
