Thank you for your review. We enjoyed hosting your party of walkers and as you know there are plenty of other walks of varying lengths and grades around the Blairgowrie area or easily accessible from here. It would be a shame not to try them! More

The owners were very welcoming and gave us good recommendation for restaurants nearby. The triple room was confortable and well equiped. Delicious homemade cookies. Breakfats was good and with home made products too. Nice garden. Quiet area.

James and his partner have been busy "refreshing" Rosebank in the past year that they have owned it. Really comfortable place to stay. Large room with two arm chairs which we appreciated as we were travelling every day and were happy to be able to have space to reorganize suitcases etc. Loved all the art in the house and James... I found this B&B by accident and consider it a really lucky find. The owners were friendly and welcoming and couldn't have done more to make my stay more enjoyable. It is close to the Glenshee ski area but for me was the perfect place to kick start my motorcycle trip around the highlands.

My daughter and I were at Rosebank in May 2015 to prepare for a much larger family trip to take place in August. Aoife and Jim were wonderful hosts during the three day stay at Rosebank. They offered helpful hints on things to do, where to eat, understanding the local transportation system and events that would be taking place during... More

The large house is quite quirky in a very nice way and full of character but all facilities you'd expect are available. Our room was large, comfortable, bright and airy and the welcome was outstanding. The location is a short riverside walk from the town centre which has several pubs and eating options. We enjoyed Ericht Alehouse and Little's restaurant... More

Thank you for your review. Perhaps we shouldn't want to be called zany, but on that day it is probably a fair description. Finding yourself trying to calm an eight week old lurcher terrified by traffic, while you know that bacon and sausages are continuing to cook in the kitchen is not a situation I would choose to experience again.... This old Manse has a very homely feel about it enhanced by the friendly hosts. There are many original features in the house adding to its charm. There is ample parking and a large garden. Located just north of the town of the A93 there is a short walk down by the river into the centre. We had a large airy bedroom... More
