Not having booked but enquired if we could see the lunch menu which priced the 2 course at under £20 and a 3 course under £30. We explained that it was not a full lunch we required but one starter and one sweet which would see us until we reached home for dinner. The order was accepted and so we... More

Despite living not very far away, we only cam across this hotel through a "deal". I'm very glad we did. This calibre of hotel is not to be found very often, the attention to detail throughout the hotel is excellent and is evidence of a very well managed operation. Check in was seamless, we were given tea and home made... More

Just back from a wonderful night at Kinloch House. We had taken friends for their wedding present and thankfully they were not disappointed either. Both superior bedrooms were extremely comfortable, very spacious with wonderful views over the countryside, very large beds and lovely furniture and the cleanest cream carpets i have ever seen in a hotel bedroom! The public rooms... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a 2 night ‘get away’ in March. We came away with very mixed feelings about the place! Good Points: -The Hotel is very comfortable and quiet with some lovely sitting areas next to cosy log fires -Rooms are comfortable and clean although a little dated (aside from some damp on the wall in... My wife and I stayed one night on a Travel Zoo deal for our first year anniversary and was really good value for money - £200 including dinner, breakfast, coffee and shortbread and an upgrade to a Superior room! The hotel was wonderful. Really quiet and scenic surroundings, with cows and horses right next to the hotel! There was plenty... More

We stayed one night at Kinlich house. Very nice hotel, lots of character yet warm with beautiful views. We had a lovely large cosy room with a huge bathroom offering molten brown products. Good hair dryer, iron & ironing board etc. We had afternoon tea infront of a roaring fireplace. Loved the evening meal, breakfast was fantastic. Food overall was... More

Just returned from spending a night at this wonderful hotel in Perthshire. The food, service and ambience were all outstanding. On top of this the rooms and indeed the whole hotel were spotlessly clean. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff who were, bar none, friendly and accomodating. I cant wait to return. Well done Kinloch House for showing... More

We booked a DBB package through a Travelzoo voucher deal and were very pleased with our experience. The property is very traditional in appearance with lots of character. We received a warm welcome and then shown to our room in a more modern wing of the hotel. The room was large, comfortable and well equipped. Afternoon tea was served in... More

In May 2011, we selected Kinloch House Hotel, near Blairgowrie for a birthday celebration mainly because it is a Relais & Chateau Hotel property and, from past superb experiences at Longueville Manor in Jersey and The Airds Hotel in Port Appin, we were confident that the standard would be very high - and it most certainly was. The property is... More

I am beginning to wonder if we are missing something when I read the other reviews. We went to Kinloch House last week for Valentine's Day. The room was nice enough in a floral sort of way - it was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable - but there was a carpet in the bathroom which I always... More
