From our arrival we noted that this was a very welcoming place and the staff were eager to please. We were taken to our bedroom by a charming manager who looked after us for the duration of our three night break. Our bedroom was large and beautifully furnished and we were able to enjoy the lovely views. We both enjoyed... more

This hotel had some poor reviews on Trip Advisor, but I decided to book it anyway I had some email communication about availability which was not good - got a quick reply immediatley, but after trying to get more details about B&B versus dinner B&B, they weren't interested. I perservered and finally got to ringing them to book. I dealt... more

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful spot. If you're looking for a hotel that is run more like a private home, then please do come here. If you're looking for a lot of nightlife, then this isn't the place for you. My husband I spent a night here in May. We had a fabulous time. The room was... more

When we turned in the gate to Kinloch House we were impressed by the hotel which is a lovely Victorian building situated in an elevated position. The door was opened for us and we felt very welcome when we entered the oak panelled hallway with portrait gallery above and roaring log fire. Our luggage was carried to our room and... more

My wife and I stayed at Kinloch House for three nights at the end of May and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel is in central Perthshire and we found the location ideal for touring and we enjoyed visiting interesting castles and antique shops. The hotel is family owned and run and the Allen's and their staff have succeeded... more

Stayed here for one night in room 21. Were very inmpressed with the room, it was huge with a lovely sunken woodpanel path perfect for relaxing. Great view of highland cows to wake up to in the morning too. Made use of the pool fascilities which we had to ourselves and were well looked after during an afternoon lounging in... more

Stayed here recently for the second leg of a short get away – how very disappointing. This hotel has a great website which I actually think is quite misleading. The main house is better but a lot of the rooms are in the new wing which lacks character. The whole hotel is a decorated as a throw back to the... more

My partner & I have just returned after a very nice overnight stay at this hotel. The hotel stands set back from the Blairgowrie to Dunkeld road overlooking the rolling hills of Perthshire. After a warm welcome and a very helpful hand to our room with our bags we settled in. The service was excellent and even the helpful gentleman... more

Having searched around for a special place for a group of old pals to celebrate our 40th birthdays, Kinloch House seemed to come up trumps. It was in a great location in the heart of the Perthshire countryside, offered welcoming log fires, comfortable lounges, a pool should the weather be poor and, of course, it was owned and run by... more

Spent 2 nights at Kinloch House Hotel as part of a group sharing a birthday celebration. Whilst the hotel was very comfortable there was just something stopping it reaching the top standards. It's the little things that could be improved e.g. providing tea and coffee making in the rooms, together with bottled water. Whilst a nice touch is the whisky... more
