we stayed here for 5 days 2 years ago and enjoyed our visit,we stayed for 5days again this week and enjoyed it just as much,friendly family run hotel good food nice rooms,entertainment a bit boring,but its a small hotel and money must be tight,the only problem is the buses bon,t stop near,so like my wife if you find it hard... We stayed for a 4 day Christmas break and the friendly welcome we received after we arrived late at 20.30 and from that time we had a brilliant time and nothing was to much problem for Audrey,Bill,Jackie and there team. Good rooms food service and homely. What more can anyone want. Looking forward to going back in 2015. Well done... More

Just got back from a two night Holly and Mistletoe weekend, via David Urquhart coaches, It was a brilliant stay at the Cygnet Hotel, Beautifully decorated with christmas trees and garlands, with loads of glittering lights. Stayed here last week. Via national holidays as a quick breakaway picked Isle of Wight as wanted to go to pompey etc as hubby x royal navy Rooms good size very clean. Towels changed daily. Just spent a 4 days at this hotel. Restaurant service chaotic. Despite informing them of my need for a gluten free diet. 5 day holiday with National Holidays. The family run hotel was lovely and welcoming. Bill and Audrey were so friendly as were all the staff.
