Welcoming drink and map of Sandown provided on arrival. Clean, well appointed room, modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast-good quality ingredients, well cooked, politely and professionally served. 10 minutes walk to seafront & high street. Overall a top quality guest house. Friendly without being "in your face" Would definitely recommend this for families and couples alike.

Spent a really enjoyable week in the isle of wight, basing ourselves at the Lawns. 1st class accomodation & wonderful breakfast's to start the day with. Would recommed to anyone who is planning to visit IOW. Will definately return.
