Location is perfect in centre of Sandown. Do opt for the rooms with a view, it is really worth it. Beware that balconies are not separated, but was no problem for us as we had four rooms next eachother. Hosts really did everything to make us feel comfortable, and service at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. Parking a slight... more

We stayed in a double balcony room with fantastic seaviews. The food and service was good and chris and sue were extremely friendly. I would definately stay there again. more

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was so depressing. The bathroom was pre 1970s and our shower was a rubber attachment to the bath taps. Our bed creaked if you dared move an inch. We were on the top floor and it was very stuffy but couldn't open the window because we were over-looking... more

Ignore what grumpy below has to say, for the price you pay you get everything you could ask for. Breakfast included, a kettle/tea/coffee and en-suite. The sea view is perfect to gawp at all day and to wake up to when you live inner city, so a perfect holiday hotel with local everything! The restaurant is really good value for... more

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. The reasons: The linen had that creased laid in look, and I found hairs on the sheet, so I was curious just how clean it could be? The room appears tidy, but there is dust everywhere, and the drawers are stained and dirty inside. The Bed was so uncomfortable, with... more
