We have just returned from a Friday - Monday stay at the Malvern Hotel with Travelstyle. The family were all there to welcome us on arrival, and to see us off when we left. The room was quite small but perfectly comfortable and had an ensuite and ideal facilities of wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer, very comfortable double bed with... More

Arrived earlier than expected but rooms ready but the request for a ground floor and top floor room was totally ignored and we had two ground floor rooms next to each other - clean with tea and coffee making freely available and extras available - just help yourself and a fair amount of parking outside the hotel. There is no... More

Definitely will never stay there again. Proprietors do not understand other people's cultural needs nor do they understand diversity. Do not eat red meat so therefore I was refused an alternative but as I was about to ring the travel agent I was offered boiled eggs with cooked vegetables that had see better times. The cook said that she will... More

I have just returned from a holiday at the Malvern Hotel in Sandown and it certainly is a fabulous place for the money you pay. The staff is very friendly, the food is really tasteful and plenty of choice and with full English breakfast you just can't go wrong. The bedrooms are basic but very clean .The hotel is situated... This is a shabby little place, a bit like sleeping in a second hand shop! the beds were clean but not exactly comfortable and the food is very basic, but you get what you pay for & this was a weekend trip with David Urqhart & I'm surprised they use it considering every other building appears to be a B&B... Last minute booking for IOW festival so I was a little worried, no need to worry though as room was extremely very clean (my number one priority wherever I stay!), and comfy bed. Would stay again when I visit the island for the festival next year :-)

This hotel desperately needs bringing up to date. The rooms are decorated like something from the 60's and not at all relaxing, although the beds are comfortable and the bedding clean. The corridors smell very musty. The TV in the room is a 12" although there is Sky. The breakfast is quite good but the full English does not have... More

Booked with Travelstyle Coach Holidays paying a super saver price, no choice of accommodation, allocated a few days before departure. If you aren't paying a lot, can you expect a lot? The hotel is clean and comfortable on the basic two star level. There is no lift and some guests did struggle with the stairs. We didn't notice any cause... More

Been here for four nights. Very comfortable. Entertainment was good. It is a family run hotel and they and their staff work very hard. Food was piping hot and very well presented. It was a travel style holiday. I had seen reviews but you get what you pay for and disagree with some remarks. Would go again
