Breakfast was well cooked, very nice, plenty of choice. The room itself was like a little box, it had a double bed and the childs bed was a mattress on the floor next to a tv on the wall with wires hanging down. There was also a small sink, wardrobe and shower room. When we arrived the tiny cups in... More

We stayed here at short notice booked at 11am arrived before 5pm for 3 nights stay. We were made very welcome by Sonia & Lee, the room had bright & fresh feel. The en-suite is small but has everything we want shower, toilet & sink, what more would you want! The breakfast times were flexible, very good choice & size... More

We booked a room at Cheery Lee as we were attending a music festival. All i can say is that Lee the owner was lovely to us - and his girlfriend Sonya and little girl Charlotte were so lovely. Me and my boyfriend Alex arrived quite late on Friday evening and everything was shut - so Lee offered us some... More

The most horrific bed & breakfast experience in my LIFE! they stole my iPod when i was in the loo, not pleasant food at all, rooms are dingy, smelly and made me very claustrophobic. Only stayed for 2 days and will NEVER return... if you want to keep your stuff, Don't waste your time at this DUMP!!!

Our experience at the cheerylee b&b in the isle of wight. Firstly the Food was terrible tasted cheap and not cooked well. Decor was cheap and a lot to be desired, my room looked nothing like the picture. I also felt very cramped and when complained to the management they were not willing to help or discuss anything. Next time... More

What an awful experience. so looking forward to a family break, but was spoilt by the drunks next door, and the ineffective way the management dealt with the situation.I'm all for people going out and having a drink, but when you return to your hotel, please think of others, when i complained to the management, they more or less told... The adverse review of July 2010 can be ignored now as the business is under new ownership and the new owners should not be responsible for what happened then. We have not stayed there yet. Good luck to the new owners! New Foresters

With 4 friends I visited this guest house on June 27th having paid deposit to discover the business had closed down. A notice on the door indicated bankruptcy and bank foreclosure-the property is up for sale. Apparently business failed in March but took our deposit. Conversation to confirm on 24th June indicated no problems.
